The policy goes back to Recommendation 2/2001 adopted on 17th May 2001 by the European Authorities concerning personal data, collected in the Group set up pursuant to Art. 29 of CE Directive 95/46, to find some minimum requirements for the collection of online personal data and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the holder of the treatment must provide users when they connect to web pages, irrespective of the aim of the connection.

PLACE OF DATA TREATMENT
The treatment connected to the web services of this website take place at “Bioxigen” and they are only dealt with by the technical staff of the relevant department or by other people in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
